Scott Randolph of Santa Cruz Ca. is a scam artist with his friend Nate Vickers. They go to consumers homes and show a portfolio saying they can do anything for you in cement. FALSE! They start the job, then they take a very long time to do the work, they claim that they will do a bad job when they are half way into it and insist that they get the rest of the $$$ for the job (rent??). If not they will have to rush and the job will be poor. Then they claim to be family men and need to care for their families, FALSE! Divorced. Once they get the funds they abandon the job. Leaving you broke with a disaster in your yard. They not only did that to consumers but they have no license and will gladly sign a contract with you knowing you have no way to collect the funds if sued and they even get cement on credit delivered to your home address, leaving the consumer with a bill and threats of a lien on the consumers home. Stay away from Scott Randolph and Nate Vickers.
