Scott spends a lot of time trying to convince everyone reading that ALL of these people are lying about him, that he really is the victim. Well, if you fall for that, then you deserve what is coming to you.

This man uses fake names, yes I have a business card in my posession that was given to me by him with a fake name. He also changes his company names...used to be 3 Guys Moving, now 3 Big Dogs. I guess the complaints of fraud were so great he felt he could get rid of them by changing his name.

Research his companies, use Yelp, the Better Business Bureau (F Rating), and sites like this that reflect the true nature and character of this man.

Yes, he is going to come back and say, liars, liars. Call my attorney, call me, blah blah blah. Just for the fun of it, I recently took him up on the offer and reached out trying to resolve my 3 year old problem one more time, and guess what....No repsonse. What a surprise.

Don't make the mistake of doing business with him. You will probably end up having something stolen or broken and he will NEVER make good on his promises. I'm sure the list of people is so long that even if you sued him you would never see the money, or by that time he just might be in jail.

Ok Scott, now do your little dance and tell everyone what a liar I am and everyone else is....

Why does everyone continue to put up with Scott, I do not understand how this person is invincible. The only assumption that makes sense is thats hes connected. Hmm it makes sense in my eyes. If you look at Tassones record and background to date, there has never been anyone that has been able to get off with the sentence he received. I do not fear writing this as he most likely is very low man on the totem pole and my best guess is they simply needed to put him somewhere as so not to disturb other dealings. Just an educated guess, if you look back through the posts Tassone actually makes light of it a few months back. People his employer is Tgroup Productions 2121 Cloverfield Boulevard Santa Monica Ca. If you have a writ of execution you WILL be paid. I can promise you that dealing with him through email or phone will only get you in the same spot you are in now.

HE TOOK EVERYONE'S MONEY.WHY WOULD ANYONE JUST SIT BACK AND LET SOMEONE STEAL FROM YOU? HE HAS STOLEN MONEY AND NOW WANTS A PAYMENT PLAN TO PAY IT BACK? WHY? WHERE IS THE MONEY HE STOLE? BULL%^%. I REPEAT FILE YOUR WRIT OF EXCECUTIONS NOW AND YOU WILL GET SOMETHING FROM HIM. ESTIMATES ARE THAT HE IS GETTING PAID IN EXCESS OF $5000 PER EPISODE. THATS ALOT OF MONEY.IF HE HAD AN INTENTION OF PAYING YOU, DONT YOU THINK HE WOULD HAVE REACHED OUT TO ALL OF US WHEN HE STARTED THIS TV SHOW ORIGINALLY?

HE WILL CLAIM THAT THERE ARE 2 SIDES TO EVERY STORY. BLAH BLAH BLAH. YOU ALL KNOW THE TRUTH TO YOUR STORY, IF YOU ARE CONTENT WITH TASSONE STORYTELLING THEN BY ALL MEANS CONTINUE ON AND YOU WILL GET THE SAME RESULTS YOU HAVE AND HAVE HAD. REMEMBER A SUPERIOR COURT JUDGE HAS AWARDED US ALL DAMAGES. NEGOTIATIONS AND TALKS ARE OVER, SCOTT KNOWS THIS, THERE IS NO REASON TO SPEAK ANY FURTHER. REMEMBER, AS I WRITE THIS TASSONE HAS BEEN SHUT DOWN 3 TIMES THIS YEAR AND JOKES ABOUT HE WILL SIMPLY CHANGE THE NAME OF HIS MOVING COMPANY FOR THE FOURTH TIME. LETS STOP THIS MAN NOW!!!!!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!!!CPUC DOES NOT SHUT BUSINESS OPERATORS DOWN ON SUSPICION ALONE. IN FACT THEY ARE VERY VERY LENIENT WITH MOST OF THE PEOPLE REGISTERED THROUGH THEM.

Hell Everyone, I would just like to update a few things, Scott Michael Tassone is now employed by a company out of Santa Monica called TGROUP PRODUCTIONS COMPANY, It appears as though they are not concerned with Mr. Tassones recent activities, I placed numerous concerns to them, and either did not receive a response or a very vague response that seemed very unconcerned. I did however contact the television network which is Turner broadcast aka Trutv, obviously very well known, and they did show some concern, and promised me that they were looking into this and that they were not aware at the time of hiring that Mr. Tassone had these previous issues with the court system, as well as the paper trail of court cases and Felony's. We need to keep on this everyone as this company should have never hired this man. I will be bringing this to the news media attention, and lets hope we can gain some way here. I now have to wonder if anyone else on the show is a convicted felon such as Mr. Tassone. Please let me know if I can assist anyone on here with the information I have, I also am going to see if I can check out the rest of the cast as this could be huge, and Im sure this not the type of publicity a TV show wants. Oh and I would also like to make mention that trutv has even given him a website page at :

Why don't you either file a file a police report or sue him in court if you have an issue? If you go to an Orange County courthouse, you can pull up the public records for Case #30-2012-00545848-SC-SC-HLH which should have his current contact info.

Also, the California Public Utilities Commission put a public notice last month that 3 Big Dogs Moving received a cease and desist notice for operating unlawfully:
