After my furniture was moved and damaged, I contacted the California Public Utilities Commission and discovered that Scott Michael Tassones moving operations were unlicensed and uninsured (e.g. illegal). I also learned Scott was convicted of burglary as well which was concerning. Scotts moving an operation currently operates as Big Dog Move Crew.
Ultimately, I sued Scott Michael Tassone in Small Claims court and won, but as of this writing, he has failed to pay the full amount.
I do not recommend conducting any business with companies associated with Scott Michael Tassone as numerous people have been defrauded over the years. He has operated under various company names including: 3 Big Dogs Moving Company and Big Dog Move Crew.

Filed for garnishment
AUTHOR: Negafox - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, November 27, 2012
Scott Michael Tassone last offered to fully pay the judgment from the Small Claims lawsuit by November 10th, and unsurprisingly, failed to fulfill his offer. I patiently tolerated various excuses for failing to adequately resolve the matter, but after over ten months of rampant excuses, enough was enough. Last Wednesday, I filed with the court that Scott Michael Tassone defaulted on the payment installment plan he requested with the court back in July. Additionally, I filed a Writ of Execution in court and pursued wage garnishment yesterday against his Storage Hunters appearance checks so I can be repaid in full.
If you were harmed as a result of Scott Michael Tassone's actions, do not believe any claims that he will resolve the matter. Scott will make false promises to resolve the matter by certain dates, but he will conjure excuses to delay resolution. Save yourself the time by suing him in Small Claims or Civic court, wait for him to fail to pay within 30 days and then pursue a Writ to obtain the money yourself.
