If you would like to check to see if they are registered in your state, contact The Dept of Revenue in your state and ask if Scrap In A Snap is listed. Better yet, contact Scrap in a Snap directly and ask them what name their business is listed under in your state because you wish to verify that they are listed to collect sales tax in your state. You can call them at 1-866-462-7627 or e-mail them at Randy@scrapinasnap (this is the e-mail address that was listed in the rebuttal of another post regarding Scrap in a Snap).
A direct quote (see below) written from the president of Scrap In A Snap says that their taxes ARE in order, well they aren't in any of the states I've checked. Check yourself and see who is telling the truth.
