Confirmed with the New Mexico criminal division of tax enforcement. The company has never registered themselves to do business in New Mexico and has never remitted any of the state sales taxes they've collected from customers and consultants.

Obviously, this company doesn't care about the law and playing by the rules. Glad to see people are starting to get the word out about these cons and telling the truth
