Fortunately, I had his email that contradicted his rebuttal & was able to catch him in another lie. Hes
just a fast talker whos losing business because consumers are wising up. I assume he will attempt to ship freebies to get BBB complainers to change their stories as thats what he did to me. Its not my hook, sir. Its the hook of the dozens of people you cheated over the years most of whom hold you in no regard.
The Facebook page was titled Scrapbook Needs: BBB FRating so it was CLEARLY not meant to be your business page. You flatter yourself that I would ever want to pretend to be your real business. It was clear to the victims who found it, also. You are twisting the truth again. I have lawyers too but think a court of law is where this will be settled in the long run. They can be filed for past crimes no matter what you do today.
Once again, you are trying to intimate the scrapbook community with your swagger that you are buddy-buddy with law. BTW, my Weebly site has been reviewed & approved for publication by corporate lawyers. I have several sites you dont even know about, so good luck. You see truth is an absolute defense against all you claim & in a personal web site there are laws to protect 1st Amendment rights to expression. Sorry about that.
That old contact me so I can fast talk you routine? We know how you take care of business & how you have cheated dozens of people. Weve been hearing that for years. When I did contact you, you lied and said my products had been shipped. You lied to the BBB yesterday & I was able to disprove you. Then you tried to victimize me in an Oct. conversation by coming up with your sob story about complaints on your co. all over the web to try to get me to pity you. Never mind you created a nightmare for me & many others. Well, I didnt create all those complaintsyoudid by your shoddy business practices.
Call you so you can try your spin on someone & convince them to deny your crimes against them? We're not that stupid anymore, sir.

Also, I have never been contacted by any law enforcement. I, however, contacted them. They will be notifying me of any complaints they receive, so that I can promptly take care of them.
I am also working with the BBB to resolve all the complaints that have been filed against us. The fact of the matter is, of these complaints, approximately 75% had already been resolved, we just never responded to them with the BBB, so that is why the number is so high. But keep your eye on BBB Site, Ma'am. The number will be coming down, and our rating will be going up, giving you one less hook to hang your hat on.
As for the facebook page you created, where is it now? Oh, that's right, I took control of it and deleted it, because it was illegal for you to start a facebook page about our business on our behalf. Don't worry, I'm working with an attorney to take care of the weebly site as well.
I just want to end this rebuttal with this...
ANYONE that has an issue with us, contact us! We will take care of it. Don't fall into this ladies dillusion of we are con artists. I will work with everyone that has an issue, you just need to contact me!

Owner Slams Consumers Who Complain, Claims Mental Issues
AUTHOR: Atlanta Grandma - (USA)

The owner also left voice mails & sent me emails 8 MONTHS LATER saying he & wife were VERY upset consumers were complaining about them & that he had mental issues. Other victims emailed me he was asking them to change negative reviews to positive ones. This is how con men operateby twisting it so they play the sympathy card to make themselves the victims. I learned this from a site the FBI recommendsFraudAvengers.org who has been very supportive; in fact, they asked me to write a story on SN & I did.
Google Shopping shows all negative reviews for them & lists SN 11,000 products. Hobby Lobby itself has 500 stores & 13,000 employees and only lists ~7,000 scrapbook products. Scrapbook Needs site also claimed 2 store fronts but a PA State Trooper did a driveby and confirmed it was a lie. Its just a small old house that could not possibly be 2Xs the size of Hobby Lobby. Complaints against them date back to 2007 in their other DBA The Crop Shop. Over 72 mfgs they claim to carry on their web site state they do NOT sell to this co. & products are old/discontinued. They have a BBB Rating of F.
The owner left me 2 voice mails and 2 emails 10/20/12 that he & his wife were very upset consumers were complaining and that he had done many people wrong. I taped that voice mail for law enforcement. I conclude one can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. A manipulator who has had years of practice deceiving others globally will always try to twist it so the consumer is revictimized. BEWARE THIS CON ARTIST!!

OWNER LIES AGAIN
AUTHOR: Atlanta Grandma - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, December 06, 2012
EIGHT MONTHS LATER he ships me a package of freebies as a bribe after he discovered my web site where I had collected 78 new victim complaints in the last 6 months. His name & address are all over the web including the BBB, his own web site & dozens of other places--it's in the public domain. So, no one's smearing him but he's smearing me with that comment. Quite a bizarre comment--a legitimate business would be delighted someone was using their name & address, but alleged crooks want to hide all that per FBI.
He also claims he's not vindictive. Really? What is it about White Collar Crime he doesn't understand that targets the young & elderly? That is pure evil. Victims have emailed me he's attempting to get them to change their negative reviews to positive ones--so he can continue his ripoffs no doubt.
Sites like The Ripoff Report have helped shrink his revenue stream & cut into his scam. Thank God for The Ripoff Report and sites like it!

Customer's order was addressed

I received the reversal notification, and accpeted liability so she would receive her refund. I then canceled her order, and figured the case was closed.
That was until I found a facebook page and blog site that she created defaming our website.
Even then I attempted to make ammends with her sending her freebies in the mail. She refused the delivery and sent it back.
I could stoop to her level and plaster her name, address, and home telephone number all over the internet like she did, but I will not. She is lucky I am not as vindictive has she is.

Owner is listed as Brian Tacj & address is 50 Ben Lomond; Uniontown, PA 15401. A PA State Trooper did a driveby and it is just an old house, not a storefront. The wife, Deborah, is listed on My Space as owning Scrapbook Needs & being employed as a therapist at WJS Associates in Uniontown. She claims several degrees including engineering!!
Former DBA is The Crop Shop & that also has numerous complaints of fraud/scam.
