I've read other rebuttles on Ripoff Report regarding Seacret's over priced products, some calling people stupid for buying them. Seriously? First, slick sales people that knowingly take advantage of customers are called predators, period. Seacret Dead Sea skin care is an MLM - Multi Level Marketing, so if this company starts getting a bad rap due to their predatory sales or over priced products, you're hurting someones down line and you'll probably find people on here defending the product. Yes, the products are way over priced, the $108 Eye Serum sells for $37.00 on Amazon, stunning! I had never heard of the product before, I purchased Seacret products from a Seacret "spa party". After realizing I didn't want the products after all, I called the Seacret customer service number and told them I wanted to return my unopened brand new products (my sponsor didn't want them back either). They basically told me that I was ONE day past the 30 day cutoff for returns and they wouldn't accept my product return. Huh? I told them I had been sick (truthfully) and hadn't thought that one day would be such a deal breaker. They would not even consider a one time return. I have owned and operated ecommerce retail stores, if someone called me saying they were sick and couldn't get the return back in time, I would make an effort to please the customer and allow for a special circumstance so my customers wouldn't end up ranting on some message board like this. They told me my only option was to sell them to someone else. That's when I realized they know their products are ridiculously over priced and don't want their product back after they sell it to someone, so long sucker! IF you still want to purchase Seacret skin care products, do a Google search or go to Amazon. Don't bother buying from a mall kiosk, spa party, or a Seacret agent, you will regret it.
