Son was in the Freehold Mall, sales lady approches him amd gives him a bulls**t story, and all of her gab for the products she is selling. Tells him that they are very good and he buys them but she never tells him that he can not return them for a refund. Trys to return them and they will not refund his charge card. They have no signs up that say no refunds or only exchanges. Mother has a talk with person there they decide to give son a refund of $628.00 from a charge of $1,668.00. Kiosks like this should not be allowed to be in Malls ,they are making it bad for stores that do have return policies! If they do not have any signs and do not tell the buyer how are you to know! They are very greedy and they should not be in business! I see that this company has had other complaints in other Malls! We as consumers have to stop cpmpany's like this! Calling credit card company and putting a stop on the rest of the payment.

I was approached by a Greek woman in the Myers Queen Street Mall, Brisbane at the Seacret stall. She put eye cream on my best eye making out the cream made an instant difference. I was tired and the cream did feel nice but I fell for the b/s story. I purchased the cream then she proceeded to try to sell me more by slyly making out she would buy it in her name without telling her employer and sell it to me $500 cheaper. One cream costing $495 she would give it me for free. She was pretending to hide the conversation from the other employee pacing the floor looking for a sale. Her sleazy manner made me realise something wasn't right. I'm so pleased I didn't fall for the lot paying $1,600+ like others.
