Seal-Rite Inc formely REVCO.

Seal-Rite is owned by Coach Ron Ayers and Woody Ayers. Ron and Woody were born and bred in Plant City, Fl. The Ayers name held a fantastic reputation for over 40 years until these home town boys went into business for themselves. You see Ron and Woody's father ran his own automotive repair business in Plant City until his retirement. Ron and Woody's father had a reputation for honesty for as long as he was in business.

I wonder if Ron and Woody's father would appove of their underhanded business practices. I guess to Ron and Woody it really doesnt matter considering that of their lying and cheating has allowed them to live in huge houses and have lots of sports cars.

You see Ron and Woody have been in business for a long time. During this time they have left a lot of victims in their path. To start customers who paid to much for products and services. For employees who were never paid the wages owed to them. What's even crazier is that they have been allowed to do this by the govenment for so long. They were in Tampa known as REVCO and now SEAL-RITE

Where did Ron and Woody learn to treat people so unfairly??

When you are hired by Seal-Rite aka REVCO, the last thing on your mind would be that, if and when you are fired you would have to wait for 2 weeks to get your first check. Some people never even get their last check and just move on with their lives.  Some other former employees when they get their checks, relize that their wage their were promised of  9.00  per hour has now been reduced to 7.25 per hour. Some how in the inital hiring process Seal-Rite managment failed to mention that they would do that.

Why is the good hard working people of Florida having  to continue to endure the stealing of their hard earned cash? One reason is that their are loop holes in are employment laws which allow companies like Seal-Rite to steal from weaker people. Thes loop holes allow Ron and Woody Ayers to take advantage of people. Ron and Woody know that most people will cripe and complain for a while then leave them alone. They know as these say, "most ill educated people dont know their rights and all they can do us cuss and holler, heck they come up here we will just call the police.  The ironey to that statement is just imagine a youg girl who has a babie on the way and she  desperatly needs the money promised her so she does not get her car reposesed, goes up to Seal-Rite and the cops get called. Now all the cops see is a pregant girl yelling and crying and trespassing. Police take a oath to serve and protect, the weak. In this case the former pregnant employee who did nothing wrong gets carted off to jail and the predators are allowed to continue preying on the citizens of Florida.

Ron Ayers or Coach as some call him served in the USAF. On the this Veterans Day Eve the first thing we want to do is thank Coach Ron for his Service to the country. You see all men and woman who serve this great country take an oath to protect this country aganst all threats foreighn and domestic. Wow who would of thought that the same young man who went off to fight for his country would be the same man who betryed his fellow countryman everyday. How can Ron wake up everyday and get in his Hummer and drive to work knowing that it will just be another day of stealing from his fellow countryman. Well. maybe its not Ron at all. Maybe it is his evil brother that is behind the lies and cheating and Ron just stands by and watch's with no power to do anything. I guess Coach Ron Ayers looks at his car collection and decides that lying and stealing is worth it. Who knows maybe Ron will do the RIGHT THING and end his realtionship with Count Woody.

My other concern is that Coach Ron Ayers is coaching, mentoring and leading some of our finest youth here in Polk County you see Ron coachs Pop Warner Football. I belive we should really ask ourselves is Ron the type of person we want to coach and mentor our kids? Is he the type of example we want are kids mimick and grow up to be? If its ok for Ron to mentor our kids, why dont we just get some ex-cons right out of prison for grand theft and let them teach and mentor our kids?
