We made a really bad choice in buying their mattress. It was only two years after we owned the first one that the indents started. They gave use credit towards a new one and we found none in that price range (we had to spend more money), that was 2007 to 2009. Now the second one has the same problem and it is a pillow top. The tech ran a string over the mattress and measured it with a small piece of plastic(NO WEIGHT), he refused to check the bed by sitting or lying on it to feel the indents that you can only sleep in one spot. In my opinion you cannot measure a pillow top with no weight unless you remove the top. This is the first post and the last Sealy. This company is the worst do not buy their products.

We would be happy to review your claim as well as the inspection report from the
retailer.  We apologize for your frustration and we do want to help our
customers.  If you go to our homepage and go to the customer service tab on the right of the page it will give you the information you need to contact us. We can gather all the information we need from you and contact the retailer. Once we review the information from the claim we will contact you to discuss the findings.  We can't guarantee the replacement of your sleep set but we can review the processes taking by the retailer. We look forward to receiving this information and bringing clarity to the  situation.

So if you stand behind your product, then why was I told that Sealy sends out the techs from the place where I purchased the mattress? This is the second mattress in 5 years that has gone bad and your response is to blame the company that sold your product. This is what I would expect from a company who does not care about their customers. My next complaint will be to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs, both about your company and the company where I purchased the mattress. If you say you warranty your products then do something about this, do not give lame excuses.

Sealy warranties that any mattress that is defective is replaced.  Credits are offered by the retailer only.  The retailer or a third party from the retailer is sent out perform the inspections on the mattresses.
