Unless you are talking about another Sean, this one is no where near dead, ....this idiot has done nothing in his life good, but abuse, steal, lie, murder and get away with it all. You make me sick if you think for one minute you will convience me or any other person whom has ever come in contact with this animal that there is any "good" in his body.

As for saying he passed away, maybe thats what he would like you to believe cause he is that way. and so is his family, they are that sick to. Obviously, your mind is somewhat gone and you might need to seek some help; because girl you are living in a fantasy world with this one.

I met this man and he swept me off my feel.  Too bad it was all lies and then he has the nerve to tell me not to try to find him after he changed his number and stood me up for a dinner date.

I did a google search and a search of the court records on him.  He

s got a very long rap sheet in numerous cities. Very interesting...I'm glad he's gone from my life.  He told me of this site and said it was all made up by some angry x-girlfriend.  This might be so, but that doesn't defend all the lies he told me.

He is quite the charmer and has sooooo many stories....the best one was of him telling me he was a police officer, well after he started his 'hiding' games I called the place where he claimed to work....he was NEVER employed as an officer!!! 

Best of luck to him in life, and God help any woman who is ever involved and falls for him like I did.

Here's a question for all of you past posters and future posters,past readers and future readers: Why would you take the word of and ex girl friend after reading that she is CLEARLY distraught over the break up of the relationship? You can see in her typing that she isnt moved past anything even if she claims to have a new man at present. Who cares what this guy did to her heart? we all get a broken heart but are we adult enough to forgive and move on? are we able to seek out our own explanation for things and ask "what really happened?" it seems to me that nothing has been posted by anyone other than a couple women and one of them is apparently his best friend who is an attorney or whatever. has she ever been misstreated by this guy? I dont see it in her postings as she adimately defends this man and his integrity. so I have to wonder, why post things so permanent about this man on the internet? I have to wonder if he's posted anything about you? I have to ask that you post YOUR real names on here and let us look to see what trash has been posted about you. ROR is an easy place to kill someone's name and you past posters are driving the sword deep into this man. I wonder how long it will be before he stops being the better person if he hasnt posted anything about you and starts on a posting war to even the score. remember, if you know him then he apparently knows you as well so your life and name are open to the critics. lies can be told, allegiances can be formed and battles can be started but who is the real winner after the smoke clears? this is all originated from the original poster who he apparently worked for. has anyone bothered to address that person or company? has anyone asked if they even posted the original? their a business so I'm sure their easy to locate and contact. ok I'm done

I cant believe everyone and how they love to talk about and judge someone. Ok people mess up and people hurt other people. Please show me one person that has never hurt someone and I think I can find 10 people who have. Yes, it is wrong to do this and it is wrong to talk badly about someone and something you dont know about.
Sean, was a man that had his own demons to deal with. I know he has done this to alot to people,as I can read it all. I have known him for years and never thought anything ever bad about him. Until the past few month, but, that is me being mad. As for the fact that he has a ex girl friend that is hurt and doing this well girl grow the hell up. You cant be will be fully happy until you leave him alone. There is a fine line between love and hate and girl you are acting like a love sick wanna be. NO wonder the man doesnt trust or want to be trusted if all the hate in the world keeps on coming down on him. I guess everyone that is bashing him and talking the crap about him is so perfect that they have wings coming out the backs and a halo over there heads, not quit its more like horns out there heads and a big tail out there butts. One day everyone will have to meet their maker and until that time dont you think you all need to let it go and live your own life and stop dwelling on the past and look forward to the future maybe karma will take care of it all for you. Maybe someone needs to think before they talk like this about anyone. There are better ways to deal with the someone not doing there job. If someone really stole something from someone dont you think he would be behind bars.... everyone is acting like children. Come on people think.......

I'm just a regular reader here on ROR and I have read these latest postings as though I were watching a soap opera that is missing the star. I have not seen one post in rebuttal from the man in question so I got snoopy and decided to do a search and check things out. Here is what I found and did'nt find for that matter.

I started at the beginning and checked out the company called "Knight's Moving" and found them to be registered with the BBB and they have a satisfactory record with them:no complaints. They are licensed and operating legally here in Florida.

I did a search for "American Movers" and found several but only one with this man's name on it. The business is not a registered member of the BBB but still has no complaints filed.

It IS a registered fictitious name through the state of Florida. I searched for the business tax receipt and it IS licensed to conduct business and the license # is 074774. The business however, is not listed as a moving company but rather a delivery/courier company.

I did a search on the man's name and all I found was a divorce in Ohio and the postings that people are putting on ROR about him. I have to wonder if this man is even aware of what is being said about him. It does appear that these postings are made solely for the purpose of revenge.

The best I can suggest is that whatever woman is scorned by anything he did,you should really move on and concentrate on your own life. You are not a crusader for good and your words typed here only make you look like the guilty one. If he is the way you say he is then his deeds will catch up one day.As far as everything else goes though,I could find nothing that suggests he is what you say he is. To all of us readers,you appear to be nothing more than a broken hearted ex lover with nothing more than bitterness in your heart and too much time on your hands. Maybe you should show some maturity and stop posting silly unverified facts about someone. This is after all ROR and not 60 minutes.

I found this posting on Wikepedia, which most accurately describes the acts of defamation and slander. "In law, defamation (also called vilification, slander, and libel) is the communication of a statement that makes a false claim, expressively stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government or nation a negative image. Slander refers to a malicious, false, and defamatory statement or report, while libel refers to any other form of communication such as written words or images. Most jurisdictions allow legal actions, civil and/or criminal, to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism. Related to defamation is public disclosure of private facts which arises where one person reveals information which is not of public concern, and the release of which would offend a reasonable person."

It is noted that defamation of character is not necessarily covered by the first amendment, and that legal action is a very viable possibility. This matter isn't like saying you hate Coke - this is a direct accusation against Sean and he is entitled to respond with legal action should he so desire.

As to Ms. Calloway - one should read up on Section 784.048, F.S. (2007). This section defines stalking, which includes cyber stalking. 784.048(1)(a) defines Harrassment rather well. It notes - ""Harass" means to engage in a course of conduct directed at a specific person that causes substantial emotional distress in such person and serves no legitimate purpose". Subsection (d) of Section 784.048(1) goes on to define Cyberstalking as engaging "in a course of conduct to communicate, or to cause to be communicated, words, images, or language by or through the use of electronic mail or electronic communication, directed at a specific person, causing substantial emotional distress to that person and serving no legitimate purpose." Section 784.048(2) notes "Any person who willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follows, harasses, or cyberstalks another person commits the offense of stalking, a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083."

Additionally, the BBB only logs consumer complaints. Their own website notes that they do not have "legal and policing powers". They cannot do anything more than report the complaint and request the business respond. Further, Sean has met the requirements with the State of Florida in regards to licensing, etc. for his company. I would encourage you to do a search of sunbiz.org, where you can search businesses operating within the State of Florida.

Next, why does it matter what my firm does and does not handle? However, the firm I am employed by is a full service firm, handling nearly every area of law short of family law. Further, as you may not be aware, an individual does not need to be represented by counsel to bring suit in the State of Florida. In fact, each and every area of law provides for an individual to represent themselves (unless they have been declared incompetent to handle their own affairs). An attorney (public defender) can be appointed if you are accused of a crime, but even accused criminals have the right to appear in court pro-se (that is, representing themselves, without benefit of counsel). While I did suggest Sean seek legal action, I did not indicate he required counsel to do so. A paralegal, or in fact any somewhat knowledgeable lay-person can draft and file a suit with the court. Additionally, I have prepared and filed numerous civil and family law suits on behalf of family members, friends, and people who have come to me through friends and family members. It's a simple matter of completing the forms and knowing where the fine line between acting as a paralegal and the unlicensed practice of law lies.

And one more thing I MUST mention. Spell check, everyone's computer has it, some of us simly need it more than others. "Banned" is defined as "to prohibit especially by legal means" and "Emplore" is not a word (I believe the term you were attempting to use is "Implore"). Additionally, when attempting to make oneself appear intelligent, one should run a quick grammar check. The disjointed manner in which this post was composed made it rather difficult to follow. It seems when people are not clear in their thought process, anything they write on the subject is not clear either.

As to continued posts of this nature - I will not entertain any more of this nonsense. You know me and you know me well!! You really got alot of nerve from the companies you have ripped off in the past. Also the many people you have been feeding lies too. I have news for you the people you have ripped off and lied along with the theft of many people. I emplore you to seek legal action. The ones of us who have banned together will show you the other side of the law. The false advertisements for a fraudulent company. I'm sure the Better Business bureau would love to see the evidence of your fake company. As far as the people you have stolen from from companies to individuals. Sean will have many charges brought up against him. We also have other numerous charges that can also be filed. Jen and lets not forget about you. I have no dought you are a paralegal. The firm present does not cover these types of cases. So enough with the scare tactics already. This is a free country and we have a such thing as freedom of speech in this country. Slander lets talk about that do you even know the meaning of slander.. slander


A type of defamation. Slander is an untruthful oral (spoken) statement about a person that harms the person's reputation or standing in the community. Because slander is a tort (a civil wrong), the injured person can bring a lawsuit against the person who made the false statement. If the statement is made via broadcast media -- for example, over the radio or on TV -- it is considered libel, rather than slander, because the statement has the potential to reach a very wide audience.

I would love to hear your rebuttal on this matter. I can tell you one thing it is not coming down!!!!!

Dear Reader:

I invite you to read the prior posts. The individual noted as "knowsthetruth" is Susan Calloway - Sean's ex-girlfriend. She is purportedly "happily" involved with a man by the name of Scott. Somehow, she is finding time away from her deliriously happy, loving relationship with Scott to defame Sean in the court of public opinion. I have notified Ms. Calloway that she could be prosecuted for Slander.

Interestingly, Ms. Calloway contacted me via email and admitted to being behind the posts. She indicated she just didn't want anyone else to get hurt. I would ask that you all think back to a particularly painful breakup and remember how it felt. Revenge is a strong motivating factor when you feel you have been wronged. Obviously, Ms. Calloway is either unwilling or unable to see the consequences of her actions and she has become obsessed with revenge. We all get hurt at some point, we cry, we scream, we throw things, and then we get over it and move on.

I would advise Ms. Calloway to seek counseling from a licensed mental health practicioner. I would be happy to assist her in locating a counselor who can assist her should she so desire. Until she is able to move on from her relationship with Sean - she will not be able to move forward with her relationship with Scott, or any other man.

I would note that I have also spoken to Sean about the potential for legal action against Ms. Calloway and strongly recommended he pursue same.

He's not even worth my time anymore. Just know I gave fair warning to everyone. If you choose to ignore it, good luck to you. You will see the truth one day. I saw him in January and he was just fine. His other gf was with him until 2 months ago and he was fine. If you really want to know the truth contact his Aunt and his dad. I'm done!!

First, I've known Sean for nearly 3 years. I have always found him to be an honest, loving, and gentle individual. I have spoken with his sister, who confirmed everything he told me about several events from his past. I'm a paralegal - and have a habit of running background screens on people (don't ask - I get bored), and did so on Sean. I didn't find anything other than his divorce. He has no criminal history in Florida or anywhere else.

Sean was involved in a nearly fatal car accident in December, and is still recovering. He hasn't been able to work since the accident, and I have no doubt people professionally associated with him who do not realize the circumstances are angry with him.

As for the girl who indicated she was involved with him - if it's the girl I think it is she has a personal bone to pick with him. This girl admitted to him that she had relations with other men while her ex listened in on the phone. I had to finally post a blog citing the stalking statute before the girl would go away. As to the other woman - I think she means me. Sean is my best friend, and I'm his - that's hard for people in a relationship to cope with when it's someone of the opposite sex. She was jealous and assumed he dumped her because of me.

He stole from me, his other woman (that I just found out about ), and his own family. I have no doubt that this report is 100% true. I find it quite disturbing that anyone would make up lies like those in that report all over a simple argument that should never have happened. How sad these people must really be. Sean did many good things for many undeserving people and never asked for anything in return. The people he did offend in his life, he made amends with before his passing.
