Complaint Review: Sears Automotive
Sears Automotive690 Shaffer Rd DuBois, Pennsylvania United States of America
Sears Automotive DuBois PA attempted to "rip me off" for $200 -- said I needed a new circuit board since my brake light would not work DuBois Pennsylvania
On Saturday, January 26, my husband and I went to Sears Automotive and requested that my van be inspected since the brake light works after he successfully installed a new $2 brake light bulb. My husband questioned Mike as to how he could have possibly charged $200 for a new circuit board when he was not required. Mike went and got the automotive technical and he explained that when he installed a new brake light bulb yesterday morning it did not work; therefore, there must be a short in the circuit board somewhere. This is a very periocular explanation...don't you say.
