Do not ever use Sears Carpet and Upholstery Columbus Ohio 6171 Huntley Rd Columbus Ohio- they ruined our brand new couch and loveset from Pottery Barn. Thet streched the fabric so bad that the couches are ruined. They look like a worn pair of pants that are all wrinkled. This was the most horrible experience I have ever experienced. The men who came to clean our couches used our wood table- antique table to set the cushions on while the attempting to clean (or ruin them). Our table was ruined and there was a large amount of water all ove our hardwood floors. After we complained they sent a professional uphoster to our home to prove if there was any damage.

When he saw they couches, he just stood speechless in our family room- he said that the only way to fix them who be to re-upholster both couches! Sears of course will not spend this kind of money to fix their mistake.

They have offered a very small settlement- about a third of what the couches are worth. We have an attorney working on this for us- how ridiculos, when all we wanted was to have clean couches- now we have to waste our time and money to try to get our couches replaced. Do not use them.
