I called on the 24th and she put me on hold for over 15 min..I called corp while on hold and they called the store. On 3 way an associate (not the manager) got on to tell me it WAS refunded on the 22nd. Corporate called me on the 27th to see if I got my refund or a callback. Nope to both! Corporate was very upset she disobeyed their orders but I still haven't received my money and it is now Oct 29th and she still has her job!.
