I purchased a washer oasis and dryer top of the line heavey duty. This machine is less then 7 months old, the tub is not working therefore I cannot wash clothes. I paid alot of money for these machines so I wouldn't have to go to the laundry mat. They had there technicion out and he told me he would have the part by friday, already been without the machine now for 5 days. I called to verfiy this and they said the part is backordered until the 30 of jan. I have a family of 8 there is a ton of washing everyday . When I talked to the one lady wish I had got her name she hung up on me. The next lady was halfway decent, but came up with no conclusion on how to handle this mess. She said that I could go rent a machine and they would reverse me for this, right have you ever tried to get your money out of a company like sear. Well anyhow I sit here with out a washing machine with no idea when I will get this expensive machine fixed and looking at going to the laudry mat at least a cost of 20 to 25 dollars every 3 to four days, besides the gas and the inconveince to me and my family. And they said you could call every 2 days to see what the progress is of the backorder. They sold this machine to me and they should have the parts or able to get the parts to fix this they took my money and now they just want to put this all on me to fix and go and rent a machine and oh hopefully the part will come in. This bs and i want something done this is not right this is paid for i owned up to the expensive of this machine paid and now they need to do the same. I cannot wait for 2 more weeks for my washing machine to be fixed. They need to do whatever it takes to get this machine fixed or replace it with a new machine it is a few months old. People are having it rough right now and the expense of going to the laundry mat is not an option when I bought a machine that should have at least lasted a year without anyproblem. They need to get me a loaner on there account or trade this one in for a new one or fix it asap Thank you The account is under my mothers name Rita m. las vegas nevads.
