Problem:  I am a 70% disabled veteran. I purchased this mattress hoping it would help with my back pain. When the 1st one started sagging in 2 weeks after owning it, I started to get aggrevated service connected disability symptoms. Please don't make me keep sleeping on this broken mattress, I just want my money back so I can
goto another business with ethics and higher quality. Summary: 1. I ordered a mattress from sears.com 2. The mattress sagged over 1 inch within 2 weeks 3. I called to ask for a replacement, sears recommended I buy a new mattress, I picked one out, sears charged me 279.99 for the difference 4. 6 weeks later I still have no mattress, but sears has over $556.02 dollars of my money now 5. Today 2/19/13 sears canceled on me for the 5th time, I was told that the 2nd mattress is otu of stock again and will not be available until mid March 6. I asked for a full refund of the $556.02, and was told they could not refund the full amount because the first mattress is no longer under warranty (this was from Sears delay, not mine) The problem I have is  Sears will not honor the money back guaranty or the warranty. Back in Novemeber 2012 I purchased a mattress from sears.com for $373.44. The
mattress was defective, within two weeks it was sagging more than 1 inch on both sides. I weigh 165lbs, so it's not me. I called Sears and they agreed to send a new mattress if I would pick one out from their online store again. I picked one out, paid an additional $279.99 dollars (up to 556.02 now), and they said they would deliver it for free.

Now in Feb 2013, I still have the original defective mattress and no new mattress. The whole time sears also has the $279.99 extra dollars without sending me anything. Sears has canceled delivery on me now 5 times. I called today into the sears hotline and spoke with a Peter, Sherry, Adam, and Angela. They are telling me now that the 2nd mattress I chose will not be available until late March. I asked for a full refund and sears is denying me a full refund. They are saying they will refund the $ 279.99, however the old mattress is no longer under warranty. This is not good business. The reason it is out of warranty is because they have not delivered the new mattress now and canceled on me 5 times.
