I purchased three coupons from a sales associate Feb.11 2012 in the lakeland,Fl kmart.I was told I had a year two use them and they clearly states use at any Sears studio.Well I decided to use my certificate at the Lakewales studio and automatically refused by a improper trained associate .I was embrassed in front of my kids and looked as a crook.I am a middle class worker why would I want to steal a ten dollar value of pictures.I called Michelle to let her know I was given a hard time she knew of the coupons which was purchased at her studio.I told her I was making a appointment to come to her studio and I did she confirmed the appointment.I drove 45 min and again refused again.Michelle was not present that night.A sales associate called Michelle from her personally phone and said the district manager had to approve the coupon well she tried to contact him no answer. If my coupons was so fake why was no one there knowing I had a appointment.Neither district manager called me.I have the coupon for any attorney to look at and the report he gave to the federal trade .To see how he is lying for his associate and not addr.essing my compliant.I have all proof to where as I was discriminated against even the two packs of picture I had taken with the same certificates prior to this Incident because of their uneducated sales associate. It's their coupon and I want justice. The disrict manager and store manager is sticking together.I have proof and facts.does not say nothing about copying or reproducing.it has a signature and their phone number.not a fake coupon .Why was I refused service? Because I was labeled as a black women.District manager said I was asked to leave the studio.that is a lie.and yes I did tell the sales associates off.who would not?I prepaid for these certificates.im not foucus on how they was treated.Im concerned about me and my kids.I want a lawyer to contact me
