 We purchased a Sears Kemore elite , Electric range about 2-3 years ago....very expensive. At the time at least 2200.00 The didgital dispolay began malfunctioning. It locks us out of the oven, sometimes the oven stays on. I have to go to the breaker to shut it off. We understand this is made for them by  a outside appliance manufacturer who has recognzed the problem in their brand name unit and issued a recall.

Obviously a potentially dnagerous situation. In some cases the burners can turn on by themselves...Sears will not honor a recall but will charge an outrageous fee to service the unit and repar it so it works correctly.

How do I start a class action lawsuit?
