i returned an elliptical machine bought at Kings Plaza, in Brooklyn, NY in January 2014. Item was picked up February 8, 2014, by UPS, returned to California, where product originated. Was told a refund would be in by midle of March. Have called 8 times, get the run around, no managers ever available, people confused or act like they are. Also received several e-mails, first saying they could not find the returned product, then they did. Finally received an e-mail on the 14th of April saying we have put in a request for your return, you should be getting your refund no more than 5-7 business days.
That time frame has passed. I called the number listed on line for corporate, all one gets is another so called customer care, who cannot tell you much and tell you they cannot transfer you to someone within corporate to once and finally handle the problem. IN this technological age there is no reason why a simple process like this should take so long. Sears needs to be investigated by the attorney general's office of Ill. This is my money and they have no right to fool with it.
