I call Sears Repair Service and placed a service order to repair the broken thermistor in the dryer. The repairman performed the Services to repair broken thermister on Saturday Sept 29, 2012. He told me he would also performed a cleaning of dryer
The work order # is 40738140 and service was perfromed at mu house at 39 Aspen Mill Road. I was charged an outrageous $242.88 for half hour of work. I filed a complaint with Sears customer service and have not ecieved any response.
I think I should pay for the cost of the part $30 plus reasonable labor costs for half hour of work or $50. I want Sears to reiumburse me the difference between what I was charged or $242.88 and the reasonable cost of repair which in my estimation should have not exceeded $100 at the very worst.
