On November 9,2012 I bought a bunk bed through Sears.com on sale for 145 with free shipping totaling 157.82. I had been tracking my order through there website waiting to see a tracking number I went back online on November 16th and noticed that it stated that the bed had been delivered. I clicked on the tracking number and the message stated that there was a label being created.

I called Sears.com just to find out what was going on. The lady informed me that my item had been lost and that there wasn't anything she could do about it. I asked to speak to her manager she connected me with a gentleman who claimed to be the case manager I informed of what was going on and he told me I would have to call back in two hours. I called back later that day the next person I talk told me that I would have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back and that I would have to reorder the bed I informed him that I wasn't interested in order the bed again. He charged my card again and order the bed again this time I was charged the regular price of the bed.

I November 17th I decided to call Kmart.com since they were the ones sending the bed. I spoke to a rep and he told me that my orginal had not been lost and it was shipping but it would not be here until November 26th if it wasn't here by then to call back. Well, he informed me that he would cancel the second order that was created. That order wasn't cancelled and my account has been charged twice. I called yesterday morning and I was hung up on twice the third lady I spoke to was polite but she wasn't able to help me either. So now my account has been charged twice I am in the negative which that has caused me not to be able to pay my light bill and no one has helped me yet. I haven't received a phone call or an email like I was told they would. All I keep getting from them is I have to wait to get the bed and then return it and then they would give me a refund.

I am pissed beyond pissed Sears.com and Kmart.com customer service sucks I have never ever been treated like this before and I have been using Sears.com for many years with no problems. It makes me extremely upset to be treated like this and for no one to help me or refund my money and not even get a response from the company. I am at the end of my rope with this all I want is to get my orignal order and to be refund for the second order I didn't order. And be treated with respect.
