RECEIVED A BAG OF DECAFFINATED COFFE, WHICH i WOULD NEVER ORDER AS DRINK ONLY CAFFINATED COFFEE, AND A TRavel mug, from cafe saporito, no return address only the phone number which matches seattle coffee company out of evanston, Ind 6-204, and only a post office box 4004, nothing on it except to call them.
I had ordered from seattle coffee in the past and had a hell of a time getting rid of them, but only after I had filed a complaint with my credit card company and sevral months of waiting.
the excuse was the credit given in one place and not yet reported to the evanston office to credit it back to my credit card company.
just the run around game for sure phoney company policies and not trustworthy.
