I wasn't supposed to receive the product or get charged for it. I received more of the product than I actually ordered. I returned the product with confirmation that they received it and still no refund. I called the company, phone lines go straight to voice mail, and alt. phone lines are disconnected. I left voicemails. I went back to the website to request a refund and still nothing.
