I began refusing shipments and requesting credit for funds debited from my account in 2007. Eventually, I recieved credit as due and thought I was done with them. On May 20, 2008, they randomly debited $38.95 from my account and then again on June 10, 2008. I then received unsolicited shipments which corresponded with the charges and each of the shipments was refused and returned. I was told that the credit for each would be applied to my account within a few business days. It has now been 90+ days and still the funds have not been applied. They have, however, closed my account and purged my information from their account database.... for now.......
