Seawest Financial Corporation ILLEGAL COLLECTION PRACTICES, RIPOFF, THIEVES Columbus Ohio

I went through bankruptcy a few years ago and had rebuilt my credit so I decided to buy a car. So I found one I liked and applied for credit there. They told me they found a bank that would do it but I needed $2500.00 down and the car was $15000.00 that gives me a balance of $12500.00 plus tax before the 18% apr with payments of $428.00 I figured that was OK so I did it. To make a long story short after paying on this car for 18 months my balance is still $15887.00!

How is that possible? I have asked numerous times for a summary of how payments are applied and have never recieved anything. Also whenever I am late they call my references 5-7 times a day and leave illegal messages like this is seawest financial and I'm calling about so and so's car payment because it is late on friends and families answering machines. I know that is illegal! They leave me messages like I hope you don't get pulled over because the police will take your car. This is ubseard, now I refuse to pay anymore and they haven't came and got the car yet. I am considerring suing them because I know my balance is incorrect and they are practicing unfair and illegal credit activities.
