they hung up on her three times .so she called the fourth time they told her to look at their sight and there was a place to ask for a refund.they would not give her any names at all .this morn they sent her a email ,told her the refund was being processed and would be mailed to her within 10 days.
so we will see what happens .by the way the bank couldn't even read the name on the check .they sent a copy and my daughter kept trying different things on line and that is what came up .bingo right on target ,
we want to thank you all for the help.
