My name is keven vernon and from feb/2008 to jan/2010 i worked for securitas as a guard at the walmart store in sierra vista az for 23 months everything seemed fine then on 26 jan 2010 i was stopped outside the store by a corporate lackey named karl urban who called me by name even though we had never met and gave me a business card telling me i needed to call hr that day about a problem but would not tell me what the problem was kept stating either classified or against company rules that morning i called any was told to come to the office the next day which i did and after listening to alot of bullshit from the hr lady who i only remember as susanne and karl urban i was informed i was being fired for sleeping on the job even though in 23 months i had never received any repremands for misconduct not from any supervisor nor the company i was never late for work always early which i was informed i was not supposed to do and chastised for it i was also denied my vacation check which i was due and now the company is doing everything in its power to deny me my unemployment benefits although i can't prove it i suspect they may be blocking my attempts at finding work too.
