Security Networks, LLC Terrible Customer Service from Security Networks and Apex Alarm Systems West Palm Beach Florida

Came in and set up equipment and had issues from the beginning. The would come and fix what they said was the issue and charge me $45.00. Week later would have another issue and would charge me for each issue. Finally got the system up and running and it stopped working again. They could not find the issue and would want to keep coming back and wanted to charge me each time they came back even though they could not find an error. Finally had to replace the whole system.
Less then a week after having the whole system replaced the called and told me that it needed to be redone to come into compliance with FCC?? (Not sure of the agency) and that I would have to have the system redone. Now my system still can not be activated because it has an error somewhere. Called and even with all the issues they would not cancel the contract and call it void since there had been so many issues. This was sold to us as a cell phone based service. They came in and sold to us with the understanding that we did not have a land based line and have no intention of putting one in.
At the time I wanted to cancel, because of the issues that we were having. The Customer service rep told me to say that my house was going into foreclosure and to lie about everything. I am now making a complaint, because of the service afterwards and the issues that continue even after they told me there was nothing they could do. We still have service issues and still can not set our alarm. We were told it would be another $40 some odd dollars to come out for maintenance even though we are under warranty. Our alarm has not worked in 6 months. Why should we pay for a service that does not work.
