I received an official letter stating I have won $998,407.77 guaranteed! It has a stamp "Verified Winner" and states that I am a "confirmed cash prize winner".
It is from Security Transfer Systems, signed by Director Samuel S. Conway. Must send $24.87 w/in ten days to get the money.
I have never heard of having to pay to receive a "prize". This is surely a scam.
