Securus Tech Securus Technologies Well i think they are a money scam company, that makes it hard for inmates to contact their family or spouses and I undcerstand that the inmate is in there for a reason but why punish the ones outside Addison, Texas

I think the company SECURUS TECH is one of the bigges the biggest rip off and scam artist companies around, they take money from families that want and sometimes NEED to talk to them on important things...in which they are in another state...and charging like 2 dollars a minute and I personally and I have been told that the correctional facilities they deal with are just as corrupt...for instance the inmates should be able to but prepaid phone cards but I was told they are out of them and have been for some time....plus how come my love one can not call me collect in case of an emergency...I thought that they could always call collect to a home phone but that is not allowed either...

I think this company needs looked into and they do not even have a corporate number or anything, they gave me an address...what to say that gets to them atleast if I talk to a person it will be recorded by them or by ME!!! Please people look into this company they are a ripoff....also they told me I could be fradulent just because I was going to get a prepaid phone with the same area code because it is cheaper, now you people tell me what is wrong with this picture if I want to BUY a phone withMY OWN MONEY who has the right to tell me or block my number from my love one just cause it will be cheaper...

just another example of the greed and scamming they are doing...something is not right with that.... but I plan on not stopping here... I plan on going higher and I hope I get some people to do the same and to learn about the SCAM system they got going on!!!! I want people to know about this!!! This is AMERICA not a communist country that charges 2 dollars a minute to talk to your love ones...

then threaten you because you try to do something that is perfectly legal to get a prepaid phone and have any number you want as that number...plus I am a business traveler so that is why I would have that area code and my family live down there so what is the big deal...I tell you the big deal...IT IS CALLED MONEY THEY will only make 1.75 per call instead of 2 dollars a minute....WHAT A JOKE AND SCAM!!
