Securus Technologies Steal, Double Payments Internet

This company is so Shady.  The first time I had a problem with them I should have canceled them.  If you have a loved one in prison please don't use this company they are expensive and will rip you off.  I made a credit card payment and they charged me twice for the payment.  I called customer service and she said it would take 24 hours to get the payment back not true took five days.  I had bills that where late due to Securus Technologies.  I made a payment last night of 120 it instantly came out of my account.  Spoke to customer service twice they both say the system timed out how is that my problem when I've already been billed by Securus Technologies talking about wait 24 hours why should I wait when you have my money.  I don't recommend them to anyone in fact they need to go out of business.
