This was paid in full within a week of this being filed. There needed to be an internal investigation of the employees as to whether or not they had actually caused the damage or if it was pre-existing. Even though there was not any conclusive evidence of any employee or other individual causing the alleged damage, it was still paid for in full by Sedona Pines.
