Sedona Pines Resort Deceptive practices and High pressure sales Sedona, Arizona

Sedona Pines uses the typical high pressure timeshare sales tactics and is very deceptive in their sales presentations.  After a three hour sales session, and attempting to walk from the meeting, the salesperson finally accepted our offer of a timeshare trade-in.

After returning home, it took three weeks for someone to return our calls and emails when inquiring about the the contract.  And then we were told that we were not forthright in our meeting. Three months after our meeting, they (Sedona Pines) informed us they were not accepting our trade-in, and were going to keep the $10,000 we paid in addition to the the trade-in.

We are willing to void the entire deal and just want our money back.  Interestingly, the salesperson sated that they (Sedona Pines) would buy back the property/timeshare at the price we paid if we were not entirely satisfied.  Needless to say, we are not!
