Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
SeekingSitters.com is a total ripoff. They automatically sign you up to a 1 year contract and scam you out of $160 our of your bank account. If you try and contact them they tell you they will ruin your credit. I never used the service yet got charged. When I tried to reason with them they told me to call corporate headquarters. If you call corporate they send you back to the local people and you are in an endless loop. In the meantime, they milk your bank account. Avoid them at all costs.

My name is David Kallweit and I serve as the co-founder of SeekingSitters Franchise System. SeekingSitters corporate office is aware of the situation as described in the original report and we take the concerns of our families seriously.
We have been in contact with the local San Diego office owner, Jeannine Short, and she has been in contact with the family to assist in resolving this issue. In their communication, the company has provided a copy of our Terms and Conditions that the family agreed to when signing up online. The 12 month commitment period for the service plan the family chose is outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
