It seems like everytime we try to refinance with another company they come back and say we owe all these back payments and threaten us with foreclosure.
Does anyone realize that this company was Fairbanks which was sued for the same thing? All they did was change their name. We were also involved in that law suit and never seen any money returned from them.
I would like to know where all these extra fees and charges are coming in and why they are allowed to do this and keep their license to sell mortgages.
