Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc Failure to pay property taxes timely Salt Lake City, Utah

Received a Form 1098 for the property which SPS has the mortage.  The Form 1098 show I have only paid $1127.00 in taxes for the year.  The taxes on this property is around $2100 a year.  I requested a form 1098 showing the correct amount of taxes paid.  I was told to call back on 02/05/2012.  It was being  reviewed. I called again on 02/12/2012 got the same response that it was being looked at and being reviewed by management.  I callled again on 02/18/2012.  Same response.  Its been reviewed.    One disscusion, I was told that the taxes were paid by SPS on January 02, 2013.  These taxes should have been paid in the last quarter of the year of 2012, and was not. 

If SPS did at least 10 customers and did not pay the taxes in the quarter they were to be paid that could add up to Thousands of dollar.   They will not issue a corrected Form 1098, and because of this this wil make for a smaller tax refund because of my property taxes.  Their repsonse is tough luck.  They blame it on the escrow account.  The customer service rep, that I talked to said each individual have a escrow account.  So SPS has 5000 escrow accounts at banks.  I don't think so.
