 We just received a letter from Bank of America stating our mortgage would be serviced beginning April 1, 2014 through Select Portfolio Servicing Inc. 

We are currently in the loan modification nightmare with Bank of America who acquired our mortgage from Countrywide Home Loans.  Our loan origination documents were filed fraudulently with HUD, we filed complaints with the Department of Real Estate and California Attorney General's Office.  Our loan documents were subpeoned for the case against the CEO of Countrywide. 

After reading the posts here, I am terrified that our fight has not ended after 8 years of fighting to keep our home.  It seems that when Bank of America doesn't want to deal with the legal issues, they pawn you off to this company. 

 

We would be happy to join in any class action lawsuit against Bank of America and possibly Select Portfolio Servicing.  Enough is enough.
