in january 2008 i was notified by mail that my homeowners was cancelled due to spf calling them and claiming i no longer live at my present residence. i have lived there full time for 14 years. i initially made a sundary amount of changes at my house to make it accessible for my daughter who is paralyzed, and in a wheel chair. in addition, they bought a new homeowners policy and put it on my escrow for close to $1,00.00 . the difference of $400.00 than my original homeowners policy. i called to inquire about such a ludicrous move on their part and was shuffled around with no answer as to why they did this. who did they send to my house to claim i didn't live there?? i wish i knew. how bogas is that??
i loathe this company. there are other factors that i have put up with, but that one put me over the edge. i want them stopped.
