It seems the only reason I was told to call back later was to have Sally tell me in brief manner (she comes in later) that they messed up and placed some money onto my payments that should have paid off some fees! Now since they HAD to cover someones mistake (my words) they took money from mortgage payments to pay their fees for servicing my loan. 'So bottom line' she says 'is to pay the 3,500 dollars in ten days or the lawyer will do what they got to do!'
I have a current unapplied balance of 1199.98. Plus a payment of 883 and 441.50 in their accout instead of being applyed to my mortgage. My lawyer says for 600 MORE dollars he will call their lawyer to see what is going on. Last time he talked to them I ended up still paying the full amount (4420) to cover their fee's ,lawyer fee's, court costs and another 800 to my lawyer for making the call. Oh and then added 247.89 to the next 6 payments to cover late charges cause once they reverse a payment, it becomes late from the day IT WAS DUE!
I'm in the wrong religion! And Jeff- you write a nice story. Too bad you ain't helping some of the people that need it. I bet only one person got fired due to rudeness in the past three years. Wasn't a pet and used four letter words. Crude and rude is all I have dealt with since SPS took over 'servicing' loan. Who gets the money from reselling my house? SPS! We don't kill they, we just help out.

Look at your LENDERS AGGREEMENT to make sure the amount borrowed matches your principal. According to state and Federal laws the contract is required to contain ALL forms of repayment. Mine only has one thing and that was the monthly amount of the payment nothing else.
My case was filed in court back in Oct. 2005 since then they have gone through mutible attornies against me and I'm handling the case PROSE which means I'm doing all my own legal work.
ALL THERE LAWYERS HAVE BEEN WITHDRAWLING, THEY ARE ON LAWYER NUMBER 4.
I"M WILLING TO HELP WITH TIPS.
