WC Privledges, Provall Consumer Affairs This company started charging my credit card $24.95 for a membership services in March 2010 which I never authorized. We did not discover it until July 2012. How we missed this I do not know. Minneapolis, Minnesota

On July 2012 we received a call from our credit card Co. notifying us that a charge on-going in the amount of $24.95 was begin charged to my card.  I thought my wife was charging something and she thought I was so that is where the confusion started.  We started investigating these charges and found out they had been ongoing since March 2012 at total of 29 months.  The charges are sort of hidden on your bill so if you use your credit card very much at all it is easy to miss.  We use our card for everything. 

Of course I contanted the Company and was told I would have to cancel my so called membership. I still did not know what I was enrolled in.  Since then I have filed charges with the BBB in MNl the Federal Trade Comisssion and the Attorney General in OK.  I have received numberous communications from this company and have received 13months credit but they still owe me 16 months a total of $399.20. 

I have investigated this company extensively since this happened to me and found out that they target the elderly, confused, mothers with crying children in the background, military people on duty overseas fighting for our country,etc.  This company has changed their names twice since I have been dealing with them in July.  They are a very deceitful and the sales personell will do anything to make a sale including saying you agreed to their so called memberhip.  You get absolutely nothing for your money.  I wish I could earn millions of dollars each year by not having to do anything or give anything for my product.  This is the way this Company is operating.
