I have received no membership info, i. e. account number. I don't even know what the membership includes. You are blocked from going directly to their site because you must include an order number or account number to sign on.
The Inet is rife with complaints about ValuePlus and other Sempris programs. If you have also been ripped-off by any of Sempris's programs/affiliates file a complaint with the FTC, http://www.ftc.gov/, and your state's Attorney General. My bank is investigating the fraud, other banks don't.
