If I could rate Sensible Home Warranty lower than a one star I would.
THEY ARE A SCAM!
All I've got is lies from them as to why they can't provide service or pay technicians for services rendered. I continue to wait for reimbursement.
They do NOT PAY SERVICE TECHNICIANS!
I contacted three prior service companies who did work for Sensible Home Warranty (SHW) and was informed by all three that SHW had not paid any bills, some up to eighteen months old! Ive waited weeks for a service contractor to call me. Sensible Home Warranty has been unable to find anyone to handle my two-week-old service request and I live in Los Angeles! Sensible Customer Service told me they had put calls through for my service request, but got no response. When I contacted a service provider directly, I was told they had done four jobs for Sensible and had not received any payment. [continued below]....
..... They said Sensible was a scam and were interested in helping me if I wanted to take legal action.
Sensible Home Warrantys Accounts Payable department does NOT answer the phone, return calls or answer emails. Service companies have told me this and I never received any replies from any of my messages.
Sensible Home Warranty lies!
Ive caught Sensible Home Warranty personnel in multiple lies. Ive been told many times I would be contacted about an outstand issue; they have never contacted me. Its next to impossible to get a manager or supervisor. I finally got a hold of one yesterday and he told me that I could ask for his direct line to talk or leave a message. I asked customer service for him today and was told, Its Saturday and no managers are in. I asked for his voicemail and was told he didnt have any. I informed customer service that I was told by the manager himself to leave a message on voicemail, she back-peddled and told me it was not on!
In my opinion, Sensible Home Warranty, along with their employees is the epitome of a repulsive and loathsome.
