Sera Martell used my name to purchase condo unit 810 Pompano Beach Club North Tower and re-sold it making $13K. A deed was signed (forged) in my name and notarized without my knowledge or consent. Sera's office cronies witnessed the forged Deed. A lawsuit was filed by the seller and settled; but nothing happened to Sera Martell or her office conpirators from the authorities.
Sera Martell used my maiden name: Lundberg and my initials to purchase condo unit 914 Sea Monarch and re-sold it making $125K in only 1 month. A deed was signed (forged) and notarized without my knowledge or consent..thus ripping off three (3) NUNS for the $125K. She used false social security numbers and so far has gotten away with it. Sera Martell is laundering money thru her real estate corporation and getting away with it for years with the help of her attorney ex-boyfriend. All the profit (including my ripped off funds) has gone thru a private "trustee" bank account and no taxes have ever been paid on the millions - FREC does not audit this account. This account was "closed" on 2/14/04 and monies transferred to Sera Martell's attorney, Karen Coolman Amlong in the amount of $160,000.00...is that ethical? This money is in legal dispute and it ends up in the opposing attorney's bank account?
I have gone to: Broward Sherrif office (filed identity theft report-nothing happened), Florida States Attorney office (Opened case and then closed it due to my misconduct), Florida Notary Department (Gov Jeb Bush x 4- did nothing), Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC-did nothing and now investigating me), Florida Bar (Dismissed case), Broward County Board of Realtors(Dismissed case), Dept of Revenue (Clueless) FBI (Case not big enough but still trying to get their attention,IRS (Will not tell me if they have opened an investigation. Its a joke to report anything to these authorities....the public is NOT being protected in case anybody wondered? I have learned the hard way and after all this effort (since 2001) and finally took the matter into my own hands....now I am the bad one even though I paid for the condominium in question...the legal system is corrupt with Judge Leroy Moe seeing motions and signing them without my attorney even knowing about it? Broward County has a corrupt judicial system and judges can definately take bribes and get away with it. Sera Martell has ripped off over 27 elderly people over the years. She has been in business since(1989) I have complete files on each case - I have 9 boxes of information on all the ripoff deals and a spread sheet. Illegal real estate "flip" deals---strawman "trustee" scams.

You have been warned in advance!! Be sure to check the Broward County Courthouse for the long list of lawsuits filed against Sera Martell Realty, Inc. for the past 30 years. There are victims all over Broward and Palm Beach counties - mostly elderly.....check on it and you will find I am telling the truth.

All I can say is my experience with Sera Martell Realty was nothing like the way it is being described on here. I personally rented a unit back in 2010 in one of the ocean front condos in Pompano Beach. Ms. Serafina Martell and the staff there were very friendly and provided me with excellent customer service throughout my entire lease. I had great communication with them and there was always someone there to answer my phone calls and e-mails, even after normal business hours, unlike some other real estate offices.
There was NEVER an issue about my rent money not being received, nor did I ever get the feeling that anyone at Sera Martell Realty was trying to pocket my money in any way. Upon my lease term ending and a final inspection of the unit, my entire security deposit was returned promptly to me within a week. The only reason I left Pompano Beach was for work related reasons, and I am actually thinking of returning.
As far as this rip-off accusation goes, the claimed transaction took place back in 2001, over a decade ago, as shown on the property tax appraiser website. I don't know who is telling the truth here, but after I read the official court document that is posted online on the Court of Appeals government website, it says that the case was dismissed in it's entirety because the accuser was actually the one committing fraud against the court, and Sera Martell Realty was found innocent.
I still communicate with Ms. Martell to this day, and even when I stop by her office to say hi, she is still working hard for her customers in the same place that I first met her at. For those of you who have doubts about her credibility, go to the office and speak to her yourself and you will see that she is a kind-hearted person who is always thinking about everyone else first before herself. I for one will definitely be doing business with Sera Martell Realty again in the future.

If anyone really wants to know the whole story about Sera Martell and Sera Martell Realty, Inc. I have all the evidence in about 50 boxes for the whole world to see. Just contact me thru this site and I would be more than happy to present the true motives and thievery actions of Sera Martell and Sera Martell Realty, Inc. She has ripped off mostly the eldery in probate real estate transactions. She has stolen furniture over her real estate career. She has forged signatures on several deeds in a strawman trustee scam with her ex-boyfriend attorney.
Someday some government agency will take notice as there is no statute of limitation on Fraud in Florida. I am willing to scan all the early proof evidence and mail it to you or upload it all on this site. The FREC knows about Sera Martell and the Broward Sheriffs office knows about Sera Martell and soon the whole world will know as the truth has a way of coming out into the light. She thinks she has won a victory but it will catch up with her someday when a non-corrupt agency decides to finally take a closer look at her RICO company. She deserves prison time along with her cronies that have helped her perpetrate the fraud,

Before you ever use Sera Martell (who is NOT the broker) or Sera Martell Realty, Inc. make sure you call the Broward County Courthouse or go online to see HOW MANY people have sued her and her rip off company! Numerous lawsuits...are they ALL wrong?
She steals everything from you and uses strawman to steal and defraud you. She signs other people's names to deeds and defrauds NUNS!

All of this information is completely false. It was actually Sera
Martell & Sera Martell Realty who were the victims in this matter.
Sera Martell Realty prevailed and won the case not only in the circuit
court in Broward County, but also in the 4th District Court of Appeals
in Palm Beach County.
The case number for The District Court of Appeal, of the State of Florida Fourth District, January Term 2005, is 4D04-89, with the opinion filed February 6th, 2005.
We are still serving the Pompano Beach Community successfully to this day, and have been doing do for the past 39 years!
