Serve.com American Express They locked my account because I used my wife's card, then refuse to give money back to me that is on the account. St. Petersburg, Florida

I opened an account with serve.com and added money several times from a debit card that is in my wife's name. Same last name, same address, matching phone numbers, all that fun stuff. Serve or American Express sent me an email today saying that my account had been permanently shut down for violation of their user agreement. And yes I did violate their user agreement I guess by using my wife's card instead of my own. So to the real meat of the story, I called immediately to find out they would not do anything for me at all. They will not open the account up, they will not let me open a different account, they will not refund the money to me on my account. Basically they said Im so sorry but we are taking your money and you can't do anything. I of course got right onto this site, and filed a report to the consumer financial protection bureau (CFPB thank you obama), and filed a report. 

They have taken all of the money in my account and refuse to do anything at all. This is outright fraud and someone should go to jail for it. Whoever is responsible for setting corporate policy to take money in locked accounts and force someone to file charge backs to get any money back is not right. 

Do not use serve.com, or any other prepaid american express backed service. They will find a way to lock your account, and make you spend hours on the phone with your bank (if your lucky) to get money back. They literally told me on the phone they would not give me my money back period for any reason. The only thing I could even do was file a charge back (which if you have ever filed on they suck). And it isn't a guarantee that I will ever get my money back.

So who has my money? Who should get arrested for taking my money? And how can I get my money back?
