Please allow me to explain the unfortunate circumstance regarding Serverside Design, SEO Houston and Fathom Fountains. My name is Doug Gardner,and I am the Founder and Operations Manager of Water Gallery LLC. We are an internet based retail business and specialize in custom fountainsand waterfall sales and have been in the fountain business since 2007. I hired Serverside Design in 2007 to manage our web site programming and internet marketing needs. Our relationship was great for about four years, and we were happy with the service they provided. Sadly, in late 2011 we were forced to fire ServerSide Design due to unethical and dishonest practices towards our business.
Serverside Design, SEO Houston and Fathom Fountains are owned and managed by two brothers, Roger and Bob Janik. Roger controls Serverside Design and SEO Houston, and both of these companies provide search engine marketing, web site design and other computer related services. They have been in the computer business since 1999. Fathom Fountains, however is a new business Roger and Bob co-founded in 2011 and Bob is the active manager of Fathom Fountains.
ServerSide Design was responsible for all of Water Gallerys computer programming and online marketing needs from 2007 2011. During this time they were provided detailed and confidential information about our business including the names of our fountain suppliers, product details and descriptions, marketing strategies, profit margins and other highly confidential and valuable business information. Roger and Bob Janik took this confidential information and co-founded Fathom Fountains to compete directly against us. They built Fathom Fountains without my knowledge and without my approval, while they continued to work on our web site and charge us their monthly fees.
Once I learned of Fathom Fountains existence, I immediately contacted Roger and Bob to let them know it was unethical for them to open a fountain web site. I asked them to cancel the new business, and Roger and Bob completely disregarded my request. They continued developing and promoting Fathom Fountains using the detailed knowledge I provided as a loyal client for four years. As a result, I was forced to fire Serverside for unethical practices and dishonest actions at the end of 2011.

Unfortunately, I am unable to delete these postings. Instead, I am providing this update to retract entirely the above-posted complaint and updates.
I request that current and potential customers of the companies and individuals noted above disregard the statements that were made. The above-mentioned companies and individuals did not engage in any unlawful, unethical or dishonest actions in their dealings with me or my company.
I regret any harm done to reputations of those mentioned and any confusion this may have caused.
