Service America Service is horrible, employee's disrepectful and the service tech's are incompetent. Fort Lauderdale, Florida Nationwide
My mother who is 90 years old with a heart condition lives in her home with an aide. Her air conditioning unit has not worked properly since last year. After NUMEROUS visits from Service America, they informed me she needed a new unit. We put in a brand new unit costing over $5,000.00 at the end of December. Starting 2 weeks ago, the unit was not working properly. Service America sent out a tech and supposedly he fixed the problem. As soon as he left, it still was not working. The house was 90 degrees. Kept calling for another service and could not get one for a few days. Finally a tech came out yesterday now claiming it needs a new part. Being that I live in New Jersey, I have been calling Service America to try and get to the bottom of this problem. The employees are extremely rude and ignorant. I don't think they have any idea as to what the business is about. Tried speaking to a supervisor and got nowhere as well. I left a message for the president CEO of the company and have not receieved a call back.
I truly believe that this is NOT a reputable company and they are extorting the seniors. Something needs to be done
