Stay FAR AWAY from this company. My wife and I called them because our heat was not working. A Service Doctor technician came out and said our unit was not repairable and that we would need to get a whole new unit, costing thousands! SO we had another company come out for a second opinion and guess what? The wire to the control board had been DISCONNECTED and there was no way this wire could have just come off without someone pulling it off!!! SO, the next day became very warm (spring time) and suddenly the AC wouldn't work (although it worked fine a few days before). We called the same company that found the disconnected wire and guess what? The AC wires had been CUT!!!!! We ended up taking photos and are considering filing a police report!!!!!!

People beware Mt. vernon a/c bancrupt by the way Northern Va. this guy Soto Iannou makes up lies and post them here and other sites we have many customer reffrence numbers for any savvy customer can cold call for true review

This complaint is false unfounded acusations we reccommended a new unit would be a better investment of theire money they had some one else come out and said he found a wire off of board thats why the furnace would not work wich had to have been off when they called us with complaintof no heat  Then the next day they have to call the same guy out and he then finds cut wires in furnace to a/c this story sounds un truthful
