Complaint Review: Service King
Service King4001 North Central Expressway Plano, Texas United States of America
Service King Service King in North Plano on 75 Supposed to esitmate the vehicle & made damages on vehicle worse Plano, Texas
The vehicle was parked on my street and someone backed into the car (Dodge, Durango) while pulling out of the driveway, he was going 5 miles an hour barely bumped the car and Service King really jacked up the estimate, saying there is damage to the steering and under the car?? And now there is bondo all over the car and they told us we have to go pay someone to have it painted? The only damage was to the bumper, all it needs is a new bumper but there is bondo all over the fender and the emblem's are missing and Service King says the technician started that because he thought it would be fixed at Service King. We were getting calls everyday updating us on the estimate going higher and higher, yet no one asked or informed us all those days that repairs had already been started. Service King says we should be happy because they did those repairs for free? Yeah the front of the car is covered in white bondo? The car is in worse damage than it was when we brought it there. The damage they claimed they fixed was not even from the accident.
To put the car back together it cost $125 just to put it back together after the estimate, yet they refuse to restore it back to the condition it was. They are scandelous and rip off artists. We expected to pick up the car exactly how we brought it in.
