Service Magic Did not do what they said and misrepresented me and my company Golden Colorado

I paid money to service magic for sign up fees and reference fees. The jobs that where sent where all worthless, they where people who where not ready for work to happen and jobs that did not pertain to my line of work. They have also misrepresented my company on their web site. They have that I did work for habitat for humanity, and they said that they did a background check along with reference checks. They did not do any background check or reference check. They also made up a statement from one of their customers about me and my work that never happend. I never did a job for any customers of theirs. Now that I have canceled all envolvement with service magic they are still advertising my company name to premote their website. I am requesting my money back because I continued putting money into service magic while being led to believe that all of my complaints would be taken care of, none of them ever where taken care of so I cancelled my service with them and requested they refund my money. They told me they could not refund my money but they would send me free job leads instead. I told them I did not want any leads from them because they had not followed through with any of their other solutions.
