It is now the end of March and I just received an email from them stating that they will be in touch within 30 days to see if I have fulfilled my obligations within their "parameters" of cancellation. I signed with this company the first of January, 2008. Within two days I knew I had to cancel with their 30 day money back guarantee. I have called and you never get a human. I have left messages with no return calls. The one time I reached a human she transferred me over to voicemail. You will sit on the phone for an hour every day and never reach anyone. I have sent letters with a timeline showing my money should have been returned by the end of February. I am now looking at the first of April, and they just sent me an email stating that I will hear from them within 30 days to see if I meet the guidelines within their "parameters" of their cancellation policy. This company is a rip-off from the get go. I honestly thought I might go back with them when I was able to, but Tom Bosley should take his name off anything and everything that has to do with this company. This does not look good for his image, because that is what sold me on the business. What a sucker I was.
